AEG Presents is the live events arm of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), and the second biggest live music promoter in the world behind Live Nation.
In addition to concert promotion, AEG also owns festivals including Coachella, in addition to a string of venues around the world.
Other festivals run by AEG presents include the likes of British Summer Time at London’s Hyde Park, plus New Orleans Jazz & Heritage festival, and Electric Forest in Michigan.
Venues owned by include London’s O2 Arena, plus the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, the PlayStation Theater in New York, the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, and the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg.
AEG Presents is run by its Chairman and CEO, Jay Marciano, who is also COO of the wider AEG group.
In May 2019, AEG Presents announced that it had hired Dennis Dennehy as Chief Communications Officer.
Dennehy left behind his longstanding role as Executive Vice President and Head of Publicity at Interscope Geffen A&M (IGA).
