!K7 MUSIC – DIGITAL MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (DE/UK)
!K7 Music is looking for an ambitious and highly driven social media and digital marketing professional to join the Marketing team.
Location: Berlin preferred but other locations considered.
THE ROLE
You will work alongside our A&R, marketing teams and label managers to lead, strategise and implement social media and digital marketing campaigns for our in-house labels !K7 Records, Strut, 7K!, and priority distribution projects. You will also work closely with our roster of artists to provide creative insight, strategy and analysis.
The role will include asset commission, content creation and campaign execution, managing our social media accounts and actively growing engagement and audiences.
You will lead all aspects of digital advertising campaigns for our in-house labels, with a strong ability to measure, analyse and influence effectiveness and positive results.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1+ years of experience of working for a record label.
- A good understanding of !K7 Music’s in-house labels musical contexts, audiences and ecosystem.
- Proven track record of working innovative and successful campaigns.
- Experience of paid advertising and community management.
- Ability to learn, prioritise tasks and adapt to lead the team on market changes and innovations within the digital landscape.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Able to communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders across all release campaigns.
- Video editing and basic design skills are preferred.
- Having a knowledge of the music we release and a passion for storytelling is a must.
