This is an office-based, administrative role that will require an analytical, detail-oriented and organised individual with great communication skills.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing (music experience preferred), and knowledge of social media platform ad managers
Required: proven experience in advising management level stakeholders on HR matters and change management employment law in the UK and demonstrated ability to navigate matrix global structures.
A proven track record sourcing leads and building relationships that ultimately result in new business, and a strong network of creators across the independent label and artist community required
Required: Ideally 1-2 years minimum experience at record label or artist services company. Existing Product Management skills are a plus but not mandatory, along with excellent written and oral German & English skills
Required: Experience in a royalty analysis/reporting-based role; excellent mathematical and analytical skills; yoyalties experience in the music industry is highly advantageous.
