The Los Angeles (Century City) Entertainment and Media practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with significant M&A experience to join our Music team.
The position offers significant opportunities work on deals for our music clients.
The successful candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in M&A transactions, specifically with preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition and financing agreements and related documents, due diligence, and related closing matters.
Prior BigLaw experience is required. Music industry experience is preferred but not required.
