TT Management Overview
Founded in 2017, TT Management is a boutique artist management company that believes in keeping our roster small so that we can provide our artists with the attention they need to be successful. We currently represent Jason Isbell, John Moreland, Matt Ross-Spang, S.G. Goodman, Sam Evian, Peter One, Rich Ruth, Sadler Vaden and The Medium.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The day-to-day manager position involves working directly with the managers and our clients across all aspects of the artists’ careers; recording, touring, publishing, merchandising and more. Experienced applicants only please.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a problem solver, detail oriented and stays in touch with our industry’s trends and changes. It’s very important that the candidate wants to be in artist management.
PRINCIPal DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These will include but not limited to:
- Managing artists calendars, social media and websites
- Scheduling artist interviews
- Dealing with all guest list requests
- Assisting with the coordination of client schedules and travel
- Assisting with the release of new musi.c and the management of back catalog Assisting with tour marketing
- Assisting with the production of artist merchandise
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- 2+ years in a full-time position at a management company or similar
- Strong written, verbal and communications skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter who can prioritize and multi-task
- Graphic skills would be a plus
- Ability to perceive the needs of the team and take proactive initiative
- Able to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Music lover with a good attitude
- Bring ideas to the table to help move our artists careers forward
