Title: U.S. Account Coordinator
Hours: 40/week, Monday – Friday
Location: Bloomington, IN, Chicago, IL or New York, NY
Reports to: Head of North American Physical Sales & Marketing

Position Summary
This role will be at the forefront of our US retailer and distributor partnerships with a strong focus on exclusive product, order fulfillment, and customer service. This sales rep will work with our genre-spanning distributed label base to help shape US sales across a wide array of account types. This role will also be in charge of managing all exclusive product business within the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Manages domestic wholesale and retail accounts
- Manage and coordinate exclusive product for accounts within the United States and Canada
- Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff and sales reps to coordinate timely order shipments
- Work with sales team on stock allocations for limited product
- Communicate expectation and campaign results for your accounts to labels
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate demonstrates:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic relationships easily
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Passionate about music and familiarity with Secretly Distribution labels is a plus
- Previous customer service or record store experience is a plus
- Previous office experience is a plus
