Respected artist manager Sarah Stennett has unveiled her new JV with Len Blavatnik’s Access Industries – and it’s good news for Warner Music Group.
First Access Entertainment will absorb the management activities of Stennett’s Turnfirst Artists.
And in a new twist to the management game, future artists signed and developed by First Access Entertainment will be distributed or released through Warner Music Group.
British exec Stennett leaves behind her role as CEO of Turnfirst Artists, but holds onto its roster.
Turnfirst has been instrumental in developing, launching and managing the careers of artists such as Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, Iggy Azalea, Jessie J and the hotly tipped for 2016 multi-instrumentalist Jack Garratt.
Stennett has also been appointed by Zayn Malik to manage his solo career following his departure from the group One Direction. She recently signed him to Sony‘s RCA.
“I am thrilled to partner with access industries and look forward to leveraging our synergies to benefit new and existing talent.”
