Position Music is hiring!
Looking for senior level Creative Pitching candidates for US-based Advertising media.
Duties will include promoting, marketing, and exploiting the Position Music catalog for use in commercials and curating music for daily incoming music briefs from clients. This will also include working with Position Music artists to create original music for projects.
Regular travel to pertinent markets will be expected.
Position Music is located in Burbank, CA, but potential candidates can be New York or Los Angeles-based.
The ideal candidate will have established relationships with Ad agencies/brands, production companies and music supervisors. Passion for music and the creative process with regard to branding is a must!
This position requires a highly communicative, outgoing, creative, and team-oriented person.
Position Music was started in 1999 and offers a fun, casual, indie spirit, non-corporate work environment with a current staff of 16.
The company is a combination of independent publisher, independent label, production music library and trailer music library. Artists include Welshly Arms, The Score, Judah & The Lion, among many others.
Outside of US/Canada our catalog is sub-published by Kobalt.
