This is an evolving position with huge potential for growth and development as a professional. Previous experiences in DSP Relations, promotion is best but not mandatory.
Required: Basic knowledge of D2C/artist merch, physical, and effective e-Commerce strategies; extremely organized & detail-oriented with superior time management skills.
A Basic understanding of digital service providers such as Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon, YouTube, and others, along with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills with emphasis on relationship building with labels and partner
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business or related field, and 3+ years of sponsorship and marketing sales, ideally with events and music festivals.
Required: Previous music label/distributor/artist services company experience and understanding of their ecosystems and an interest in digital music operations and marketing.
Required: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to project an appropriate tone, and develop a strong rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders up to senior executive level
Required: Previous experience in negotiating music-related brand sponsorship deals, sync & licensing deals or similar commercial partnership roles in the music space
At least 5 years experience in the music industry in Australia and a strong network of industry contacts and the ability to build and foster relationships
