Along with 5+ years’ experience in an Artist Management role, they're are looking for a highly resilient team player who is adaptable to change and able to prioritise competing demands in a positively challenging and dynamic environment.
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (Business, Marketing, Communication or any other related), a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of streaming platforms and playlisting, brand management /artist development/public relations, digital marketing, social networks is required
Required: 1-2 years of account management/sales experience, complete French/English fluency, and a passion and understanding of electronic music culture
Required: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital; 8 years minimum experience in the music industry in managerial positions, and deep knowledge of Digital Service Providers and new music consumption usages
Required: 2-5 years in the digital music industry preferably with a distributor, DSP or at a label. Have an appetite for technical and operational matters with a client-oriented mindset
Required: 4-5 years of higher education, with a background in business or technology, and at least 3 years of experience in a digital music department at a label, distributor or music-related digital service provider.
Main Role: Assisting the global A&R team in its mission to develop the IDOL catalogue by actively contributing to the signing of new labels and artists.
