Required: 3-5 years of label management or administrative experience preferred, must have a passion for dance music and be a quick learner of new digital tools.
Required: 5 years minimum experience in the music industry (ideally digital background), related to Label Management, along with good knowledge of the UK music market including an extensive list of contacts, deep understanding of the DSP landscape, and new music consumption usages.
Required: At least 5 years experience in the music industry in label management or an adjacent role, and broad knowledge of catalogue and contemporary independent music
Required: Demonstrable experience in leading, developing and executing successful multicultural marketing campaigns at a regional scale in a creative industry
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global independent music landscape, with strong knowledge and connections in the UK and EU community, to identify ideal partnerships and up-and-coming artist and label brands across a wide range of genres
This position requires in-depth knowledge of the leading social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest), digital platforms (Spotify, Youtube, Deezer, Amazon Music, Apple Music etc.), key accounts and media in the European market;
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a rights holder-facing role within the music industry, such as label relations, licensing, or music publishing, required
A minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven track record in a record label as a successful Label Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, or a similar role required
