Partisan Records, an independent music company headquartered in NYC with offices in London, LA, and Berlin, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join its US team based in Brooklyn. The position is full-time, reporting to the Director of Marketing (US).
The ideal candidate is a hard-working and passionate team player, equipped to collaborate closely with our marketing team across the development, organization, and execution of album campaigns. This role supports the team across tour marketing, audience development, analytics, streaming, asset development, and bespoke initiatives. Additionally, this position provides general assistance for our Brooklyn office, including mail runs and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing label ticket holds, guest lists, and ticket buys
- Engaging in tour marketing, ensuring promotional material reaches promoters
- Supporting our sales team with DSP updates
- Booking travel/accommodation/recording studios for artists
- Creating marketing assets, including static art tracks for YouTube
- Tracking audience growth across artist profiles, identifying trends
- Managing general email inbox
- General office assistance such as mail runs, ordering supplies etc
- Researching the latest developments and trends in the industry
Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with NYC venues and events
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused and organized across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workplace, Asana, and Slack
- iMovie capabilities, photo editing and basic graphic design a plus
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Passionate music fan with interest in marketing and music business
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary will be commensurate with the final hire’s relevant skills and experience and is anticipated at an annual rate in the range of $50-$60K
