Back in January (anyone remember January? sweet, simple January), we discovered that fast-growing talent management company Milk & Honey was expanding into the UK, hiring popular British exec Ant Hippsley to head a new London-based HQ.
Today (April 15), we found out exactly where that office will be situated, and it’s an impressive locale: 7 Pancras Square in London’s Kings Cross.
That’s a stone’s throw from the UK headquarters of Universal Music Group (4 Pancras Square) and Google (6 Pancras Square), amongst others.
Milk & Honey, which specializes in producer and songwriter management, has its global headquarters in Los Angeles HQ. The firm, run by Founder & President, Lucas Keller, also runs offices in New York and Nashville.
Today, Keller further confirmed new signings to the company’s UK roster, plus the hire of new London-based manager in his team.
Those signings are well-regarded talents, both in the British market and globally: Stuart Price and Andrew Jackson.
Price is best known for his hits with The Killers and Madonna, while songwriter Jackson has worked with Dua Lipa, Eminem, Kygo, Alicia Keys and Hailee Steinfeld (amongst others). Milk & Honey calls him “one of the most respected topline writers in London at the moment”.
In addition, Milk & Honey Management has also signed M22, the British-German DJ and producer duo consisting of Matt James and Frank Sanders, as the firm looks forward to expanding their roster in 2020 and beyond.
“Setting up in King’s Cross made perfect sense for us, the energy in that neighborhood in 2020 is real, and it’s great to be near many other major music companies.”

Meanwhile, Harry Knyt has now also joined the UK Milk & Honey Management team to further roll out the company’s urban pop writer producer management business.
Knyt has a roster that includes clients ranging from Grammy-nominated producer iO to producer Show N Prove, who have collectively produced artists such as J Hus, Dave, Ed Sheeran, Anne Marie, Lily Allen, NSK, Skepta, Plan B, Burna Boy, Young T & Bugsey, Not3s and others.
Knyt began his career at Insanity Group and will report to Ant Hippsley, Head of Milk & Honey UK.
Said Lucas Keller: “We’re excited to have Harry Knyt on board to grow our urban pop business in the UK and beyond. Harry is manager No.2 in the few months since we opened London. We intend to quickly grow our UK presence and couldn’t be more excited.
“Setting up in King’s Cross made perfect sense for us, the energy in that neighborhood in 2020 is real, and it’s great to be near many other major music companies.”
Ant Hippsley adds: “I am thrilled Harry has joined Milk & Honey. His vision for building the UK office and beyond is inspiring and he brings with experience and a brilliant roster. We’re excited to get going!”
“I’m excited to be joining up with Milk & Honey as they share the same passion for the creatives behind the songs, and giving them the recognition they deserve, as I do.”

Adds Knyt: “I’m excited to be joining up with Milk & Honey as they share the same passion for the creatives behind the songs, and giving them the recognition they deserve, as I do.
“Lucas’ vision and ethos of how a great management company should operate also reflects my own, so with Ant, I want to build the roster further and continue fighting the good fight with my clients, and brothers in arms, iO & Show.”
Keller founded Milk & Honey six years ago and claims his firm is the fastest-growing songwriter producer management company in the world. The company’s roster of 60 clients has grown exponentially over the past six years, and have collectively sold over 400 million records worldwide.
Even before Milk & Honey got to the UK, the firm had a run of success in Britain representing writers like Jamie Hartman and Neil Ormandy, as well as international top 20 DJ Oliver Heldens – not to mention US-based clients David Hodges, Oak Felder, Sir Nolan, Charlie Handsome, Andrés Torres and Mauricio Rengifo, Rich Costey and more.
Milk & Honey’s clients have recently made key production and/or songwriting contributions to UK smashes like Rag N Bone Man’s Human, James Arthur’s Say You Won’t Let Go, Calvin Harris and Rag N Bone Man’s Giant, Lewis Capaldi’s Hold Me While You Wait, Galantis & Hook N Sling’s Love On Me and Oliver Heldens and Ritton’s Turn Me On – in addition to albums like Sam Fender’s Hypersonic Missiles and Muse’s Simulation Theory.
