Warner Music Eastern Europe has appointed Bartosz Szwoch as its new Chief Financial Officer.
He joins the company from Polish music industry body ZPAV, where he was previously CFO.
Szwoch will be based in Warner Music’s Warsaw office and report jointly in to Kinga Siennicka, Managing Director of Warner Music Poland, and Vladimir Kočandrle, Managing Director of Warner Music Czech Republic.
He will be replacing Michal Muszynski, who is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities.
Szwoch started his career at financial companies Phoenix Group and KPMG, before moving to broadcaster CANAL+ in 1999, where he worked for more than 10 years.
He became CFO of Universal Music Poland in 2010, helping guide the company through its digital transition, before moving over to undertake the same role at leading Polish media company Eurozet Group in 2017.
He used his music industry experience at ZPAV, where he was appointed CFO in 2019.
