A&R Scout
Global Records is looking to collaborate with a proficient music talent scout in order to discover the best upcoming artists from GSA & Benelux. The purpose of the music label is to sign artist production contracts worth over 1 Million Euro in investments in music, video production and marketing on a global scale. In this role you will focus on finding singers that correspond to the company’s genre and artist targets.
The artists we are looking for:
- Singers, preferably singer-songwriters
- Genre – pop/ pop – dance
- Wildly passionate about music
- Willing to travel worldwide for music composition sessions, foto/ video productions & marketing
- Social media savvy, TikTok enthusiasts
- Dutch/ german native speakers with proficient English/ willing to sing in English
