Interscope Geffen A&M Records has formed a collaboration with Mogul Vision, founded by music industry entrepreneur Josh Marshall.
As the first endeavor under the new alliance, Interscope x Mogul Vision is set to release the debut EP, titled How To Catch A Falling Knife, by singer-songwriter gigi. Marshall has also inked a deal with rapper Rubi Rose.
Mogul Vision was founded in 2019 as a joint venture between Marshall and Sony Music Entertainment-owned Arista Records that is focused on “breaking extraordinary talent and building artist careers through innovative A&R, branding and marketing strategy”.
The label’s initial signings include Atlanta rapper Blaatina and Cleveland-born singer KennyHoopla, Variety reported at the time of Mogul Vision’s launch.

Apart from his venture with Mogul Vision, Marshall manages a roster of artists including Lil Mosey and d4vd. The latter has gained significant success with his hits Romantic Homicide and Hear With Me, both released under the Darkroom/Interscope label.
Through Marshall, A&R exec Mateo Dorado discovered Latin singer Aleesha. Dorado recently joined Atlantic Records as Senior Director, A&R.

The partnership with Marshall’s Mogul Vision follows Interscope Geffen’s deals with other labels including Benny Blanco’s Mad Love Records and Friends Keep Secrets.
Interscope Geffen was formed in 1999 through the merger of Interscope Records, Geffen Records, and A&M Records. The label houses a wide range of talented artists from various genres including Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Dr. Dre, Selena Gomez and Eminem.
