Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and monitor time and action calendars to hit target delivery dates and negotiate costs to meet target margin goals, suggesting alternatives when relevant
  • Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure tech packs and artwork files are comprehensive and clear, and meet the product’s goals for quality, cost, and delivery
  • Communicate with vendors daily from development request throughout final delivery, to ensure product arrives on time for right price and the highest quality
  • Maintain accurate reporting within project management software so the entire team has accurate visibility to the status of projects
  • Thoroughly check all artwork and tech pack details to ensure they are accurate and will execute correctly according to what was approved by the client
  • Use experience and knowledge to help guide sales team with regard to production and printing capabilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement strategic organizational processes to improve efficiency and success of the business
  • Manage remote PAs and contribute to their success by educating them and providing appropriate constructive feedback when necessary
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of integrated production or development experience in the fashion industry or similar physical goods manufacturing
  • Must possess strong knowledge of costing, garment construction, and printing techniques
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit local vendors when needed
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
