Support Manager, Labelcamp

Labelcamp is a world-leading distribution management platform, developed by global artist and label services company IDOL. It provides a state-of-the-art and scalable service that streamlines digital supply chain and catalog management, as well as offering in-depth analytics and reporting.

Labelcamp is used by IDOL and some of the biggest names in independent music such as [PIAS], Because, Concord Music Group, Ditto Music, and many more. It is a preferred content delivery provider by Spotify, Apple, MERLIN, and connects its partners with hundreds of music platforms including Amazon, Meta or YouTube.

The position will be based in Paris, at the headquarters of IDOL, a fast-growing company of over 60 people, with international offices in London, Los Angeles, Nashville, Berlin and Johannesburg.

Your role

As a member of the Support & Integration team, you will be a key point of contact for our internal teams and our distributor and DSP partners. Your responsibilities will include responding to daily technical requests, investigating, resolving and escalating issues.


Your missions
  • Be the first contact for clients and partners, answer daily requests, investigate, troubleshoot & escalate issues to the appropriate teams when required
  • Work with DSPs and key partners to establish direct connections for clients, maintain and update existing integrations
  • Coordinate audio & video catalog integrations (DDEX or API) in liaison with 3rd parties, clients and internal teams
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to our platform
  • Create documentation for our Help Center, update internal procedures
  • Contribute to platform improvements and bug fixes, work closely with Dev teams

Your profile
  • 2-5 years in the digital music industry preferably with a distributor, DSP or at a label
  • Appetite for technical and operational matters with a client-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written communication and organization, problem-solving skills, rigorous
  • Ideally, a familiarity with DDEX ERN, metadata standards and DSP Style Guides
  • Fluency in English is a must
