Client Relations Specialist (f/t)
Location: remote (Western Europe or UK preferred but not essential). Occasional travel may be required
Job description
- Providing online and in-person (where necessary) support to Chartmetric users, ensuring they are able to successfully integrate the service with their workflow
- Identifying opportunities to grow the number of subscribers, and actively converting new users to subscribers
- Developing successful marketing partnerships with trade associations and other partners
- Demonstrating Chartmetric’s services to prospective clients, online and in-person
- Co-ordinating Chartmetric’s education partner program in Europe and Asia
Skills and experience
- The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and ideally experience of using data and/or marketing insight in a digital service or media organization (essential)
- A confident presenter with excellent copywriting skills (in English, other languages beneficial) (essential)
- Experience (internships acceptable) working in a music company including digital services, labels, publishers, management, marketing agencies, media, software developers, trade associations etc … (essential)
- Experience of working in a sales, business development or a client-facing role (highly desirable)
- Experience of using CRM tools (desirable)
- Experience of remote working (desirable)
