About the Role

About us
College Music is a record label and curation platform specialising in instrumental hip hop and jazzy beats. We began life as a YouTube page, started by two mates, Jonny & Luke (now 24 & 25 years old respectively) and were among the first to run 24/7 livestreams on the platform.
Fast forward to now and the label has released over one thousand total tracks with artists from across the globe, and accumulated one billion streams, Our HQ in East London is home to our casual office space as well as a recording studio, which regularly sees artists on our roster (and more) coming through for sessions.
We also have a sub-label, Well Overdue Recordings, which holds a strong focus on ‘Championing UK Sounds’, developing and nurturing local artists across UK Hip-Hop, RnB and more. We pride ourselves on being forward thinking and putting music first in all instances, and our ethos revolves around having a healthy and laidback company culture, while equally putting in the hard yards to get the various projects across the line.
We’re constantly evolving and developing our approaches and the services we offer, and are looking for like-minded people that will further contribute positively to our culture, thrive under multi-project situations and also stick around for a drink once the work is all done.
