Role Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR responsibilities including recruitment, training, team building and performance appraisals.
  • Support Directors & department heads in achieving company objectives.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting and margins in collaboration with the CEO and central finance teams.
  • Develop and implement new business strategies and company-wide goals in collaboration with the Executive Chairman and CEO.
  • Oversee consistent B2B documentation and procedures across offices.
  • Manage artist roster and staff to deliver strategic and robust publicity and marketing campaigns across the UK.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders including internal teams, artists, clients and media personnel.
  • Communicate campaign successes to clients and team, offering on-the-spot communication and detailed reports.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with artist management, publicity, radio or high-level label marketing experience highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of youth music culture and UK media landscape.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Existing relationships within the music industry, especially with radio producers, DJs, artists and managers.
  • Ability to travel regularly both domestically and internationally for business meetings and events.
  • Calm, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player with problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about music, eager to learn and adaptive to industry changes.
  • Ambitious mindset to work in a dynamic startup environment.
