As a Social Media Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing, editing and executing compelling creative content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive online growth.

You will play a key role in shaping our social media presence and design, working directly with our artists and senior digital manager, implementing campaigns that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies in line with the brand’s voice, tone, and target audience.
  • Create engaging and shareable content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook,
  • Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Coordinate and execute content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-quality posts, campaigns, and visuals.
  • Collaborate with external marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities, and propose innovative ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, track key metrics, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content moderation, responding to user comments and messages, and engaging with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend their implementation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing and compelling social media assets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ activities, and user behavior to develop strategies that maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique, engaging content ideas that align with brand objectives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Be able to travel as and when required / needed on a short term basis.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
