We are looking for a passionate music enthusiast to join our team and help us take our Social Media presence to the next level!
You will join forces with our current design team to ensure a steady, high quality influx of content for the music coming forth on our labels Future House Music and The Myth of NYX, as well as their designated YouTube channels. Thousands of music lovers will see the content you have facilitated, so your impact will be huge! Alongside this, you will enjoy the versatility of assisting the Social Media team with steering our Social Media strategy in the right direction as well as making sure our music is exposed to as many engaged listeners as possible.
You’ll have the option to be working in a work-from-home setup, or flexible office days. We’re currently doing Tuesdays and Wednesdays as office days. If you would like to use the facilities at the office, you’re welcome to drop by. If you would rather work-from-home, make sure you have an adequate home set-up to work on. Nevertheless you’ll fully experience what it’s like to work in a team with our current music department and you’ll enjoy multiple moments of contact a day, Scrum sprints, daily stand-ups, general meetings and personal calls, etc.
You, our candidate
- Are a MBO / HBO graduate, preferably in the direction of Art & Design or Animation Design
- Can start on the 1st of August 2023 (or if possible, even sooner) to work either 32 hours or 40 hours per week.
- Are proficient in the English language in both speaking and writing (Dutch not mandatory)
- Are a resident of The Netherlands or holder of a work permit for the Netherlands (don’t require sponsorship).
- Preferably live in/near the Dutch city of Rotterdam, or able to travel to Rotterdam on a weekly basis
- Are available full-time with flexible working hours and able to work from home
- Have a good understanding of software like; Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, InDesign and
- Illustrator. Bonus: Animation software such as Blender and Cinema4D.
- Have a good understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Have proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Are enthusiastic, have good communication skills, efficient, flexible, social and eager to learn.
- Are independent, always looking for new opportunities, critical about your work and always trying to improve
