Oversee all core elements of the album campaign cycle: assist with coordinating assets across campaigns, including music videos, remixes, live sessions, photoshoots, digital assets, etc
1+ years of experience at a record label, distributor, artist management company, or DSP, and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through skills required
This position requires comprehensive knowledge of the physical & digital retail cycles, team management skills, and 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Required: Advanced understanding of Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Excel (familiarity with pivot tables and database architecture), and a background in statistics
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years minimum of project management or other relevant industry experience across the North American music market, Some knowledge of the Latin American market, and an understanding of the workings of independent music labels
Required: The ability to communicate with artists and managers in a sensitive and strategic way, and instinctive and knowledgeable opinions on the modern music landscape
Required: Familiarity with Mailchimp, social analytics, & scheduling platforms, exceptional eye for strong visual aesthetics and what effectively translates on each platform, and fluency in all major social media platforms
