Seeking a marketer with a solid network of influencer talent, agents, and other gatekeepers; you have the ability to maintain regular communication between the label and influencer partners, while actively sourcing and negotiating new influencer partnerships
Required: 3+ years of experience running multi-faceted and innovative marketing campaigns, with particular focus on content marketing, artist development and audience growth.
Required: Demonstrable experience in leading, developing and executing successful multicultural marketing campaigns at a regional scale in a creative industry
Required: in-depth understanding of Indian & South Asian culture and music, encompassing various genres such as Bollywood, Indian Pop, Indian Hip Hop, Hindi music, Punjabi music and Independent artists, as well as international music.
Required: A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in media & entertainment, management consulting, investment banking, private equity or business affairs in a commercial, business development, legal or related capacity.
Required: Be a qualified lawyer with excellent negotiation and drafting skills (including experience negotiating and drafting music publishing agreements, as well as agreements and licences relating to synch, digital licensing, grand rights, production music, master rights, neighbouring rights and producer management).
